How the files arrive
The class and style files state no licence we could redistribute under, so they are not kept by Papers: when you start a paper, they are fetched from the official source above and checked against the version we tested. If the publisher has updated them since, the paper says so.
cvpr.sty and its bibliography style are fetched from the official CVPR 2027 author kit (linked from the CVPR 2027 author guidelines) when you start. The 2027 kit drops the paper ID from the review copy; ICCV uses the same kit.
