The class and style files state no licence we could redistribute under, so they are not kept by Papers: when you start a paper, they are fetched from the official source above and checked against the version we tested. If the publisher has updated them since, the paper says so.
The ICML style and bibliography style are fetched from icml.cc when you start the paper. ICML 2027 has not published its kit yet (checked 2026-10-22: media.icml.cc/Conferences/ICML2027/Styles/icml2027.zip and icml.cc/Conferences/2027 both 404).
