The class and style files state no licence we could redistribute under, so they are not kept by Papers: when you start a paper, they are fetched from the official source above and checked against the version we tested. If the publisher has updated them since, the paper says so.
ijcai27.sty and named.bst are fetched from ijcai.org (the IJCAI-27 formatting guidelines kit) when you start. Anonymity depends on the track: leave the author block anonymous where the track asks for it.
